We really believe that you will love what you ordered from Limited Lingerie, but you may want to return it. 

  • Our return conditions
  • You can return your order within 14 calendar days from delivery.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unused and unwashed, with all security (plastic) tags attached.
  • Shipping fees are not included in the refund.
  • We don’t take exchanges. If you would like to get new item(s), you can place a new order.

This is a special customer service through which we organize a timely and safe pickup service for your return via our DHL seller account.

Within 48 hours after booking this service, you will receive an email with scheduled pickup date and time, and ready-to-print shipping labels attached. Please, do not put any other documents in the package!

You or a representative must be present when the courier arrives. Shipments cannot be left outside or in „safe“ places for the courier to pick up.

Affix one copy of the label securely to each package and give the other to the courier

LL is not responsible for held, lost or damaged packages returned with transportation services other than those described above.

Refunds are processed as soon as possible after returned products are received in our warehouse and are checked from our workers.
