II. Goods
The SITE offers the User the opportunity to make an online purchase of the goods specified in it. THE SITE provides a wide selection of goods from the brand name with detailed descriptions and photo material.

The goods that are offered for sale through the SITE are original products of the trademark indicated on them.

The goods have the usual characteristics for the type of goods to which they belong, according to their ordinary purpose. In the event that a certain item has a special or specific characteristic, this is explicitly indicated when it is presented.
There may be certain differences (nuances) in the colors of the photo of the goods presented on the site and the actual (real) colors of the product. If such a difference exists, it is not intentionally created, but is entirely the result of imperfections in the reproduction process. For the same reason, there may be details that cannot be detected or are difficult to establish in the photograph.
The price of the goods is indicated upon presentation and includes all taxes and fees.
The price of the goods does not include the postage and transport costs associated with their delivery.


III. Exchange and return

According to the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer has the right to exchange or return a Product requested by him within 14 /fourteen/ calendar days from the date of arrival of the item at the office of the courier company or when it is delivered to the address indicated by the customer , except for the above-mentioned above / tights, leggings, silicone socks, panties and basques !!!

If the buyer states that he wishes to replace the product he ordered within fourteen days, he should notify the Merchant and return the Product as follows:

1. In its original packaging and box /carton/ in which you received your shipment
2. With the original tags, with no indication that the Product has been used or damaged in any way
3. A mandatory condition when returning or exchanging bras with hard cups is that they be folded as received so as not to deform the cup. Bras received and after inspection found to be folded incorrectly and as a result the bra cup is deformed will not be accepted.
4. A mandatory condition when exchanging or returning a product is to have an OVERVIEW indicator of the product, and this must be requested at the courier company /ECONT/ by the customer when handing over the product.
5. When exchanging or returning a product, the cost of delivery in both directions is paid by the customer.
6. Each shipment is reviewed and if some of the requirements are found to be missing, the shipment will not be accepted and the amount will not be refunded.
7. Courier costs for exchanging or returning goods at the customer's request are paid by the latter.
The article can be replaced with the same one, and in the event of a price difference, the amount will be refunded or collected as cash on delivery when the new shipment is sent.
When returning, if the customer has taken advantage of free shipping (ie the delivery to the courier is paid by Limited Underwear instead of the customer), then the customer owes a refund of the cost of the courier service or by deducting the shipping amount from the amount that should be paid.
The refund of the amount according to the PPE is made by money transfer through the courier company EKONT within 7 working days /14 calendar days/ from the date of arrival of the goods at the courier company or by bank transfer.
Important: The online store www.limitedlingerie.com does not issue a receipt for a purchase. Courier company EKONT issues a receipt to our customers, which, by virtue of the law, replaces the fiscal receipt.
IV. Complaints
Before being sent, each shipment is thoroughly examined by our employees for possible manufacturing defects, therefore complaints are accepted only when the shipment is accepted in front of a courier who confirms the presence of such. An exception is made for shipments received in the wrong size and color due to the fault of the merchant, who must pay the courier costs in both directions and deliver the correct ones.
Complaints according to the Consumer Protection Act /CPA/ are accepted within 14 /fourteen/ days from the date of delivery of the parcel to an Econt office or upon receipt and to a personal address and is valid only on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria! The warranty only covers manufacturing defects and an item shipped in the wrong size and color. Defects resulting from improper use of the product are not accepted! In the event of a complaint by the customer, the latter may request an exchange of the goods for the same or another item or a refund in the event that there is no availability or size of the desired item, the Seller refunds the amount to the customer. If the value of the new selected item exceeds the paid amount, the difference is paid additionally. If the new selected item is of lower value, the Seller will refund the difference to the customer. The new item will be sent only after the defective item has been received. The refund is made by transfer from the courier company EKONT within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the defective item or by bank transfer.
It is recommended that the products not be washed in a washing machine and be operated according to the instructions for the exploitation of each specific product.
Claims for manufacturing defects are accepted by e-mail with an accompanying photo!
